X-MEN: Days of Future Past

May I start of by saying that that was the most incredible movie of the summer!  I loved every minute of it!  In the distant future, The mutants, and the humans are being hunted down by sentinels.  Robots that were meant to only target mutants, but then started to target humans as well.  Xavier, Magnito, Wolverine, and the gang team up to send Wolverine back in time to stop this war from ever existing.  An outstanding acting performance from everyone, amazing script, a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat, and plenty of familiar faces, including some new ones.  Definitely worth the watch if you ask me.  So if you’re not doing anything memorial day weekend, go watch this film!  Thanks for reading you guys, and the movie season isn’t over yet!                                                            We still have Dawn of the Planet of the apes, A Million Ways to Die in the West, Malificent, Transformers 4, and TMNT, and so many more!  So keep me in the bookmarks bar, facebook, and twitter, because I’m still bringing good stuff!  X-Men: Days of Future Past is now in theaters!

GODZILLA

This movie was alright, I heard this was going to be amazing, but walked out of the theater feeling like there could have been more to it.  I’m not saying it was horrible, in fact it was a pretty incredible, and a bit better than I thought it would be.  There’s a large plot range, and the acting is pretty good.  When Ford Brody returns home from 14 months at sea, he gets a call from Japan that his dad, Joe Brody, was trespassing in a city that was evacuated due to a nuclear disaster 15 years before.  When Ford goes to get his dad, his dad explains how the same “earthquake” that caused the nuclear disaster 15 years earlier is about to happen again, so they go back to the abandoned city to be sure.  After being arrested, they have dug up more than they bargained for, and only one force can destroy it…  GODZILLA!  The script was great, but the story could have been tweaked a little.  A theater experience over all.  Don’t degrade yourselves by watching this on your phone.  Also, who else thought of this movie as a bridge between the movies CLOVERFIELD, and Pacific Rim?!?  That’s a wrap guys, and be sure to check out the facebook page for Grants Reviews!  Like and follow me on twitter!  GODZILLA is in theaters now.
